Featured Brews

We always have our best selling Gnatcatcher Hazy IPA on tap, along with our West Coast IPA, Live Forever. Count on there being at least 5 “experimental” brews on tap that change every few days.

Gnatcatcher IPA

A New England “Hazy” Indian Pale Ale. This fruity, juicy IPA is huge on Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho 7 flavors. Named after the endangered coastal Gnatcatcher, this species was heavily predated on by brown-headed cow birds.

Bush Mallow Honey Blonde

A refreshing crisp ale. Munich Malt and Pure Idaho 2-row are featured in this ale. Growing in steep canyons of the channel islands, this endangered shrub has pink, lavender, or white flowers in spring.

Live Forever IPA

A dry San Diego style double IPA. Piney, resinous, floral and dank. This rare endangered succulent is native to Santa Barbara Island and has bright yellow flowers.

S’mores Stout

A milk stout brewed with vanilla, cocoa nibs & graham crackers. Served with a roasted marshmallow.

Callippe Kombucha

A bright and refreshing hard kombucha made with black tea. Native to the central coast, the endangered Callippe Silverspot Butterfly and their young feed solely on Viola Plants.
